Please label your work! Files should contain your name and title. Please do not submit 'article', 'submission', 'poem1' or 'image1' etc. We receive a huge number of emails that all have to be read and assessed, if you do not label your work, it means we have to do it for you. Now that the magazine has transformed to a blog, there are no deadlines.
ARTICLES
We have an open submissions policy, articles must be relevant to Ireland in some way and be no less than 500 words and no more than 2000 words. Political, inciting, advertorial or blatantly self-promoting submissions will be rejected. All forms of Paganism are acceptable subject matter, as is environmentalism. Articles must be in .doc, .docx, .pages or .rtf formats. Any images should be medium - high resolution, preferably in JPEG format. As the magazine has switched to blog format, there is no longer any closing date.
ARTWORK
We also accept original artwork and photography for blog features, accompanied by up to 500 words. All images must be at least 200dpi at screen size, preferably in JPEG format. MAXIMUM OF 4 IMAGES per person.
POETRY
We also accept Pagan/nature poetry. Poems must run to no more than 2 A4 pages. Poems must be in .doc, docx, .pages or .rtf formats. MAXIMUM OF 3 POEMS per person.
Submissions with zero relevance to Ireland/Diaspora will be rejected. All work must be labelled with TITLES & YOUR NAME.

Founded in 2021, our quarterly paper based magazine filled a long-standing gap in the Irish Pagan Community, being the first all colour Pagan magazine in Ireland. Currently due to economics, the magazine is now in blog form for the time being. We will review the possibility of returning to print and PDF formats in the future. In the blog and past issues you can dive into a world of Pagan Articles, Irish Paganism for both beginners and the experienced, and explore of Wicca Paganism, Witchcraft Druidism/Druidry and Shamanism.

We aim to represent all people within the Irish Pagan Community and its diaspora. PAGAN IRELAND is not aligned with any organisations and will attempt to remain impartial. We do not accept political articles or any submissions that are discriminatory or hateful. The Editor and/or Editorial Advisory Team will contact contributors if any alterations to submissions are needed.
We accept a limited number of relevant advertisements from ethical companies. The magazine is printed on 100% recycled paper as we aim to minimise our ecological footprint. We aim to be fair in our treatment of all people and no hateful, bullying or discriminatory behaviour is accepted.
